Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be reviewed under applicable compliance protocols, and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in your country, state, or territory of residence. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether in the same name, under different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, forfeit any associated bonus funds, and restrict or permanently ban the underlying User.
Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not operate an Account on behalf of a third party, manage another person's Account, or otherwise use the Platform for commercial gambling activity.
Individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion through W99MYR or any other responsible gambling programme are not eligible to register or maintain an Account during the applicable exclusion period. If you have previously self-excluded and are found to have re-registered, your Account will be closed and any funds held reviewed accordingly.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also choose a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.
W99MYR is required to verify the identity of all members as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit documentation including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), proof of residential address, and — in respect of certain payment methods — documentation confirming ownership of the relevant bank account or e-wallet. The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities or restrict Account activity until verification is complete to our satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. W99MYR will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
You may use the W99MYR Platform solely for your personal entertainment and in compliance with these Terms. You agree to engage with all Games, sports betting markets, and Platform features in good faith and in a manner consistent with the rules applicable to each product.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the W99MYR Platform:
Any breach of Section 5.2 may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, permanent ban from the Platform, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required.
W99MYR accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to payment channel limits.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified e-wallets, or methods not previously used for a deposit without additional verification. All accounts must have completed basic KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are typically processed within one to four hours during banking hours. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your membership tier. Standard members may withdraw up to RM30,000 per day; Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members are subject to higher limits as set out in the VIP programme terms.
The Company maintains a strict policy that all deposited funds must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the Account holder. Any deposits that appear inconsistent with normal personal banking activity may be flagged for review. The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation of any suspicious transaction.
All bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by W99MYR are subject to a wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion. Standard wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms and conditions page.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. A member may only claim the same promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring offer. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus entitlements where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of bonus terms is identified.
Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money funds in excess of the bonus amount are not subject to this restriction. The Company may specify which games contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment and at what percentage; live dealer games and sports bets may carry reduced contribution rates.
Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion. Claimed but unwagered bonuses will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeit and will not be reinstated.
All sports wagers are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event. W99MYR offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events. Wagers are accepted prior to event commencement or, where in-play betting is available, during the event within the designated wagering window. Wagers placed in error cannot be reversed once accepted by the system.
All casino games including slots, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and instant games are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. All slot and RNG-based titles have been independently certified for fairness. Published RTP values are indicative of long-term averages across all player sessions and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, the Company's internal system records shall be considered the primary reference. Players may raise disputes with the customer support team within 14 days of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised beyond this period may not be accepted.
Where a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical failure — including server disconnections, power outages, or platform maintenance — the Company will endeavour to restore the session or, where this is not possible, process a fair resolution based on the available session data. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party connectivity issues outside the Platform's control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of W99MYR intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W99MYR, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. The Company's liability in respect of any single claim shall in no event exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Members may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
W99MYR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or money laundering activity is suspected; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; (d) chargebacks or payment disputes have been initiated against the Company by the User; or (e) a User is found to be under 21 years of age.
Upon Account termination, access to the Platform will be revoked. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where termination arises from suspected fraud or Terms breach.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which the Company's gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
